What it does not do (yet)
E-Splice AI does not log in to your ad accounts or social profiles, so it never spends your money or posts without you. You download or copy the finished ads and captions and publish them yourself. Direct connections are on the roadmap.

Which AI does E-Splice AI use?
Copy is written with xAI's Grok models, and images are made with Grok Imagine. Your brand kit and product facts are sent with each request so the output fits your brand.
Will it make things up about my product?
It is instructed to use only the facts in your product cards and never invent reviews, numbers or claims. Always read ads before you publish them, especially AI images, which can misdraw packaging.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits you buy stay in your account until you use them. If an AI request fails, its credits are refunded automatically.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Each teammate creates a free account, and you add them to your workspace as an editor or viewer. Editors spend from your workspace balance.
Is my data private?
Your workspace is stored on E-Splice servers and is only visible to you and the teammates you add.
